What Awards Night Brought Upon Us

Even before it began, I'd once said that Awards Night... is a pain.

And on the night, it really did become a pain when the three principals -plus one teacher- decided to innocently give us all the torture of boring speech in four consecutive presentations.
They were just so creative, saying something with the same meaning but with different words.
"We are a great school that sent our students to oh-so-many competitions and they all came back with super-amazing results." No-duh.
And the P&C Association representative... did he thought that he was citing an ad for a commercial? All I heard him say was "I'm advertising and promoting the P&C. Come join us. NOW".

[I'm writing really freely here, since no one knows who I am, and I'm not mentioning any names, so it's all cool.]

And I swear the people taking care of the lights and effects are half-blind... or that they wanted to make the audience blind instead. The volume of the blast could also be considered as a deadly threat to people who value their hearing senses.
This is the same as last year; an amazingly bright firework and confetti that really did start with a "bang!".

The awards line was sooo long, but I didn't like how I had to missed one of my friends' award to go take a stupid photo that I don't even get to ever see in the end (that was what  happened last year, anyways. Pointless photos.)
And the geniuses...! I felt sorry for them; needing to run back around and around again and again so that they'd be in time for their numerous awards...
BLAME THE POINTLESS PHOTOS

My hands ended up hurting yesterday, but this may be a good thing. Yep, a good thing.
Concert Band, Percussion Ensemble and Stage Band are awesome as always, although I think this is only the second time I've heard Percussion played. ...And I'm not going to say anything regarding the Choir.

I guess that's all. ^^
